APEO (AMOS Professional Executable Optimizer) is a tool for AMOS Professional applications developers and users. It patches the executables produced by the AMOSPro Compiler V2.00 (and possibly squashed by the AMOSPro Compiler Shell V2.00) to make them faster.
AQA (Amiga Quality Audio) is (mainly) a collection of CPU-based audio playback tools for classic Amigas that stream stereo audio samples from mass storage devices through the Paula chip also at frequencies way beyond the canonical 28 kHz of the Amiga or the 44.1 kHz of CDs (e.g. 96 kHz), and with a resolution of 8 or 14 bits. AQA is therefore suitable for listening to high-quality music even on the good old classic Amigas.
glUAE makes the emulating classic Amiga software on AmigaOS 4 perfectly natural by transparently integrating UAE into the system. Details, videos, instructions: glUAE website
TestCode is a tool for developers (especially assembly ones). It takes a blob, i.e. a relocatable file made of a given number of sections (hunks), executes the code sections, prints a detailed report and, if the blob requests it, creates a dump file. In particular, TestCode executes the core section with AmigaOS and the hardware in "off" state (but the section can modify the hardware state almost without limits) and measures the duration of the execution with color clock precision.
